Terms
The terms for using Timeabit. Last updated 28 September 2026.
The service
Timeabit is a time tracker run by Gorkytecture. It records the hours you track or type, finds gaps, and turns your hours into reports and invoices. Using it means you accept these terms and the privacy policy.
Your account
You need a free account to use Timeabit. Keep your sign-in to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account. Tell us at gorkytecture@gmail.com if you think someone else has used it.
Your data is yours
Everything you put into Timeabit stays yours. You can export it at any time as CSV or as a full backup, and you can delete your account and all its data from Settings. Gorkytecture uses your data only to run the service for you.
Plans and payment
Tracking is free. Timeabit Pro adds planning ahead, invoices and full history. Pro is not on sale yet. When it is, its price is shown before you buy, nothing is charged without your action, and purchases made in Apple's App Store follow Apple's terms for payment, renewal and refunds.
Check what you send
Timeabit calculates hours, amounts and taxes from what you enter. Look over every report and invoice before you send it to a client. Timeabit is not payroll, accounting, tax or legal advice.
Fair use
- Use Timeabit only for lawful purposes.
- Don't try to reach other people's data, overload the service, or get around its limits.
- Don't copy or resell the app itself.
Availability and changes
Timeabit keeps working on your device when you are offline, but the cloud service can be interrupted. Gorkytecture may change or improve the app. If the service is ever closed, you will be told in advance and given time to export your data.
Responsibility
Timeabit is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Gorkytecture is not liable for lost income or other indirect losses from using it or from it being unavailable. Nothing here limits rights that the law says cannot be limited.
Ending
You can stop at any time and delete your account in Settings. Gorkytecture may close an account that breaks these terms, and will say why.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and the change is described here.
